  • Click on "Track Application Online" option.

  • Select the Service.
  • Enter your Application Reference Id.
  • Click on "Check Status" option.

Parivar Pehchan Patra Haryana - Update Family Details Online:-

  • On the homepage, you will see the option of "Update Family Details".

  • Click on "Update Family Details" option.

  • Choose the Yes option if you have Family Id else No.
  • If you will choose the option Yes, below page will open.

  • You will be asked to enter the Family Id.
  • Once Entered, click on Search option.
  • You will be provided with an OTP on your registered Mobile Number.
  • Authenticate the OTP.
  • On the next page, you can add or update the Family Details as per your Choice.
  • If you dont remember your Family Id or if you choose No option, below page will open.

  • Here, you will be asked to enter the Aadhaar details of the family Head.
  • Authenticate the OTP sent on mobile number.
  • Update or add the family details on the page open on your screen.
