The Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched a several scheme or portal for the welfare of their citizen. The state government has launched a similar portal named as "e Sathi Portal" through which one can avail the various services of the government. One can apply six times for the same type of service. Interested citizen have to register themselves on this portal to avail all the benefits.

How to Register under e Sathi Portal:-

If you want to register for e Sathi, follow the below steps carefully:-
  • Click on New Registration option.

  • You will be redirected to below page.

  • Enter the details asked.
  • Enter the Login Id and click on Check Availability.
  • Enter Applicant Name
  • Enter Date of Birth and Gender.
  • Select the "District" from drop down men.
  • Enter the Mobile Number and Email Id.
  • Enter the Security Code.
  • Click on Submit/Safe button. 
  • You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  • Authenticate the OTP.
  • You have  successfully registered on e Sathi Portal.

How to Apply for Parivar/Family Register Copy/ Caste Certificate/ Age Certificate on e Sathi Portal:-

If you want to apply for Family Register Copy or Certificates mentioned above, follow the below steps:-
  • Visit the official website of e Sathi Portal
  • Login to the Portal with User name and Password.
  • You will be asked to change the password, enter the new password.
  • On the homepage, you will see the various options.
  • Click on "Fill Application" option.
  • Choose the one for which you want to apply like Family Register Copy, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate etc.
  • Click on the application form link.
  • Fill all the details asked in the form.
  • Upload all the relevant documents.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • You will be given a Application Reference Number.
  • Note it down for future reference.

One can also avail the State Government service from e Sathi Mobile App.

  • Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  • Search for e Sathi.
  • Click on Install button to download the mobile app.

How to download the Application form you have applied:-
  • Visit the official website of e Sathi Portal.
  • Login to the portal by using User name and Password.
  • Click on the "Print Application" option on the homepage.

  • You will get your Application form once you enter your Application Reference Number.

How to make Online Payment for Service offered :-
  • Visit the official website.
  • Login to the portal with user name and Password.
  • You will see the option of "Service fee Payment".
  • On the next page, you will be asked to enter your application reference number.
  • As soon as you enter application reference number, you will be redirect to payment gateway page.
  • You can use debit card, credit card or net banking to make the payment for certificate.
